Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, is the practice of creating web sites that are easily read by search engine spiders, those robots that scour the internet for web sites, updated pages, and new information.

•	robots.txt (this tells the robots what they can NOT see, and which way to go after they find the index page);
•	image alt tags (these tags tell the robot what the picture or graphic element is about.);
•	meta tags (these are tags within the code, tags you can't see, but include your title, keywords, description, language and other information.).
